During this phase, we provide a general overview of destination options—including preliminary suggestions for resorts or private estates based on your specific needs—to ensure your expectations align with the reality of the destination. Step 2: The Foundation (Venue & Vision)

Once you officially join the Via Destination family (Contract Signed), the real work begins.

• Expanded Venue Research: We conduct extensive research to identify venues that perfectly match your style and guest count.
• Site Inspection Tour: We coordinate a 1- or 2-day tour for you to visit your top venue choices in person.
  • Already took the tour? Many couples start their journey with our standalone Cancun & Riviera Maya Wedding Venue Site Tours. If you booked this service prior to signing your Full Planning contract, the entire site inspection fee is fully credited toward your planning package.
• Detailed Proposals: We provide 2–3 comprehensive cost estimates and proposals, including availability and room rates, to help you make an informed financial decision.
• Venue Selection: We assist with negotiating the wedding contract and room block agreement to ensure favorable terms.

Step 3: The Design & Logistics

With the venue secured, we build the experience.

• Bespoke Design: We collaborate with you to create a unique wedding concept, defining your color palette, floral design, and decor elements.
• Vendor Curation: We recommend and book trusted local vendors (photography, A/V, entertainment) who meet our high quality standards.
• Guest Experience: We build a custom wedding website for your guests and manage all travel arrangements, including room blocks, RSVP tracking, and airport transfers.
• Menu & Tasting: We coordinate menu tastings to ensure the culinary experience meets your expectations.

Step 4: The Final Countdown

As the big day approaches, we tighten the timeline and handle the details.

• Detailed Itinerary: We create a minute-by-minute timeline for the entire wedding weekend.
• Pre-Wedding Events: Coordination of your Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Cocktail party.
• Final Walkthrough: A site visit (approx. 3 months prior) to review final layouts, seating charts, and logistics.

Step 5: The Wedding Day & Beyond

Relax. We are on-site and in control.

• Full Day-Of Coordination: Our team manages the entire flow, from vendor setup to the final dance.
• Troubleshooting: We handle any last-minute changes or unforeseen situations discreetly.
• The Wrap-Up: We oversee the dismantling of decor, manage final vendor payments/gratuities, and assist with the return of personal items.
• Post-Wedding Care: We monitor the delivery of your photos/video and handle any necessary wrap-up details.
