Aline and Reid came to us looking for more than just a traditional hotel wedding. They had attended a wedding in the area a few years ago and wanted a unique, personalized event that reflected their essence. We were honored to help them organize their room block, coordinate the hotel contract, and fully plan their dream wedding.

The celebration kicked off with a Welcome Party on the hotel’s beach, featuring a bonfire under the stars. It was a magical and relaxed evening that set the perfect tone for their big weekend.

The style of their wedding was completely tropical, filled with vibrant colors and unique details. Everything was going wonderfully on the wedding day until a small rain cloud made an appearance. However, the team acted swiftly, and in just a few minutes, everything was back to normal. The couple, busy with their photo session, didn’t worry at all, and the party continued as if nothing had happened!

One of the most memorable moments was the arrival of the guests, who were welcomed with personalized coconuts filled with fresh coconut water, a detail everyone loved. During the reception, a Brazilian batucada electrified the atmosphere, a perfect nod to Aline’s roots. The music was an incredible blend of Brazilian, Mexican, and modern rhythms, reflecting the unique tastes of both.

The guests danced all night long, enjoying an unforgettable celebration filled with joy, culture, and love. Aline and Reid achieved their goal: a wedding as unique and special as they are, and one we’ll always remember with a smile.
