- Venue Selection: If you cannot attend a site inspection tour, we’ll assist in finding the perfect setting for your wedding weekend in an all-inclusive resort.
- Contractual Process: Once we identify your ideal all-inclusive resort, we assist with reading, reviewing, and summarizing contracts, ensuring a straightforward process to secure wedding and room block contracts for your chosen date.
- Wedding Room Block Management: Negotiating the best group rates, along with additional benefits and amenities. Rates include all-inclusive plans and round-trip transportation (airport-hotel-airport) for your guests’ convenience.
Guest Concierge Services: We prioritize your guests needs, addressing any inquiries related to their trip, the wedding, the venue, and more, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. - Wedding Website: Personalized wedding website creation providing guests essential information, RSVP management, and a seamless booking experience for accommodations, transportation, and flights as needed. We update the website and track RSVPs as required.
- Group Travel Services for Weddings: Providing personalized assistance to each guest for a stress-free trip to your wedding. Managing your group room block, handling reservations, booking flights, and coordinating airport transportation.
- Honeymoon Planning: We will work closely with you to design a customized honeymoon experience. Whether you desire a secluded beach, a vibrant city or a romantic mountain retreat, we will take care of every detail, ensuring an unforgettable journey as newlyweds, in any worldwide destination.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Rate in US dollars, inclusive of taxes.
*Most all-inclusive resorts require at least 80% of guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights.
*We connect you with on-site resort coordinators for initial planning. Final details and execution will be handled directly with the resort’s team, ensuring a seamless experience.
*We can offer this service in any all-inclusive resort in Mexico with exception of the wedding site inspection tour which is only available in *Cancun and Riviera Maya.
*To hire our services, we require the signing of an agreement and 50% as a deposit payment.
*Deposit payment is not refundable in case of cancellation
