We partner with handpicked venues that specialize in intimate weddings, so you won’t have to worry about permits or logistics. Each package is customizable to reflect your unique love story—whether it’s just the two of you or a small group of your closest loved ones.

From travel arrangements to the final details of your celebration, we’ll be with you every step of the way. All you need to do is focus on what truly matters: each other.

Dreamy All Inclusive Resort Elopement

  • Personalized ceremony planning services by Via Destination Weddings.

  • Symbolic ceremony performed by a non-denominational minister.

PLEASE NOTE:
*The elopement package is intended for the couple only. An additional fee of $25 USD applies per additional guest.
*The wedding package is only valid for guests staying at the all-inclusive resort.
*Accommodations must be booked through Via Destination Weddings.
*This package requires a $500usd deposit to secure the date.
*Ceremonies are available Monday through Thursday at 5pm or earlier.
*Weekend ceremonies must take place by 2pm.
*Accommodations must be made through us in order to coordinate the ceremony at the resort.
*The package is not combinable with other offers and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Exclusive Elopement Ceremony

Romantic Cenote Elopement

* Exclusive Private cenote option from 2:00pm to 4:00pm please add $650. Include the access to private restrooms with dressing room.

Magical Underground River Elopement

TIMELINE

  • Confirm Availability: Request and confirm the availability of your preferred date and package.
  • Service Agreement: Sign our wedding planning and travel services agreement to officially begin the process.
  • Initial Deposit: Submit a 30% deposit to secure your elopement date. This locks in the venue, minister, photographer, and our coordination services.
  • Trip Planning: We’ll assist you in organizing the logistics of your trip, including accommodation and travel details.
  • Ceremony Planning: Together, we’ll design every detail of your celebration tailored to your style and preferences.
  • On-Site Coordination: Coordination services on your special day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Post-Ceremony Support: We’ll coordinate your return trip and assist with any final travel-related details.
  • Photo Delivery: Receive your professional elopement photo session after the celebration.

ADD-ONS

*Legal Ceremony: Replace the symbolic ceremony with a legal one for an additional $1,250 USD. This includes an on-site judge, ceremony logistics, a marriage certificate in Spanish, official translation, and legalization for the United States or Canada (Apostille). Must be confirmed at least 30 days in advance. Specific documentation required prior to the ceremony will be communicated upon booking.
*Video Services: Add 1 hour of professional video coverage for $400 USD.
*Additional Services: We offer a wide range of extra services including floral arrangements, furniture rental, decor, music, hair & makeup, restaurant reservations, transportation bookings, and more. All add-ons are available upon request and will be quoted separately.

*Prices for legal ceremonies apply to U.S. and Canadian residents. Legal documentation fees may vary for other nationalities.
*Symbolic ceremonies have no legal, religious, or governmental validity.
*Floral decorations are not included, except for the All-Inclusive package, which features basic decor.
*Some decorations shown in images are for illustrative purposes only and can be added at an additional cost.
*Any services not explicitly mentioned are not included.
* Deposit payment is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your elopement.
* Taxes subject to government changes.
