We will help you plan everything from start to finish for your weekend celebration. Wedding day and extra events (rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, farewell brunch, etc.). From choosing a wedding venue, handling vendors, quotes and contracts, creating a budget, planning your wedding timeline, and on-site management.
Guest Concierge Excellence
Elevate your wedding experience with our guest concierge services. Your guests are our guests, and we go above and beyond to make their stay exceptional. From travel arrangements to personalized itineraries, our concierge team ensures that every guest feels the warmth of hospitality throughout their stay.
Tailored Travel Agency Services
Via Destination is not just a wedding service; we are your dedicated travel partners. Our travel agency services are designed to make the journey as memorable as the destination. Seamless travel arrangements, exclusive accommodations, and personalized experiences await you and your guests.
Wedding Website
A personalized wedding website (template) will be created to provide guests all the info they need. Your website will also offer guests a convenient way to RSVP to your wedding and will be updated as much as needed with all the wedding weekend details.

- Wedding, extra events and room block contracts must be coordinated through Via Destination Weddings.
- Professional vendors must be hired through us to ensure service quality.
- To contract our services, we request the signing of a planning contract followed of a 50% deposit payment.
- Deposit payment is not refundable in case of cancellation
- Prices apply for Cancun, Riviera Maya, Tulum, Cozumel, and Isla Mujeres. Contact us for other destinations.
- We only coordinate up to 2 weddings per month to ensure the quality of our services.
